Salary & Benefit Package
Base Wage:
Based on experience, full-time or part-time. $15-$25.
Medical pay:
$260 a month additional payment will be added for medical coverage with full-time employment.
Investment Opportunities:
A “Simple IRA” will be provided to employees who qualify after 1 year of full-time employment. The company will match 100% of the employee’s contributions per pay period up to 3% of their paycheck.
Holidays:
Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve may have partial hours due to closing early.
Vacation:
Vacation time will accrue as follows:
1-week 1st year, 1 day is added each add’l year
2 weeks after 5 years, 1 day is added each add’l year
3 weeks after 10 years, 3 weeks cap
Uniforms:
5 days of uniforms will be provided – employees will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of their uniforms. New uniforms will be provided after 2 years as needed.
On-the-job safety items will be provided – $65 will be reimbursed to employees for steel toe shoes every 2 years as needed.
