The water jacket cores are almost dialed in perfectly...(as possible as a casting can be)
Here we have a 4" bore, and our thinnest area is .265"
So, in a 4.125" finished bore, we would still have a minimum of .200" cylinder wall thickness. If you want to go crazy with a 4.200" bore, you would still have a .165" wall thickness minimum. Our goal is to continue to work at getting the water jacket as center as possible.
