Track Boss Maganese Bronze cam bearing got a good workout. Feedback from a Competition Eliminator customer was "The cam bearing are doing well!! Thanks!"
V6 engine, 9500 RPMs, about .800 valve lift with #1100 open spring pressure.
The same cam bearing that comes standard in the Track Boss aluminum block...
Main caps are about finished for all the block sold, so we should be seeing blocks slowly working their way out the door..... ... See MoreSee Less

Figured I better weigh this one. Probably won’t see another one.
The steel pipe pigs don't save any weight...:)

***OK, lets try that again, The Track Boss is here to stay***
50 years from '1969 302 Boss to '2019 Track Boss.
As we wind down our automotive machine shop, I have had the privilege to handle some nice old history. 1969 302 Boss block and a different customer with '69 302 Boss heads.
The automotive machining part of our business has closed 4-5 months ago. I am catching up on getting the remaining jobs out the door. We are concentrating on the Track Boss Performance Products & manufacturing. The Cleveland blocks are alive and well, we will not be doing and engine building & dynoing in-house.
